Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing, as all items are produced specifically for each order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the nature of customised and made-to-order products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

personalised designs

custom dimensions or colours

made-to-order items once production has started
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item:

arrives damaged

is faulty

is significantly different from its description
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Refunds
