Orders & Returns
How long does it take to make my order?

All FeatherForm products are made to order.
Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for production before your order is dispatched.

For custom or complex designs, production times may be slightly longer. If so, we’ll let you know after your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

As our products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before production begins.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?

All FeatherForm products are designed, 3D printed, and shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide and also offer international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Customs duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, peak periods, or customs processing.

What materials do you use?

We primarily use high-quality PLA filament, chosen for its durability, finish, and suitability for decorative and display products.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

How should I care for my FeatherForm product?

Our products are best suited for indoor use.

To keep them looking their best:

Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight

Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth

Do not place near open flames or heat sources

Are FeatherForm products suitable for outdoor use?

Most of our products are designed for indoor use only unless otherwise stated.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Stripe, including major credit and debit cards.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is charged at the time of checkout.

As all items are made to order, production begins shortly after payment is confirmed.

Custom 3D Printing
Do you offer custom 3D printing services?

Yes. We offer custom 3D printing, including personalised designs and custom dimensions.

Can I request a custom colour or size?

In most cases, yes. Availability depends on material, colour stock, and design requirements.
